In 2003 the Liquid Jungle was started purely for the fun of it. At no time has this been anything besides a fun charity event. The fun is gone now because of some recent complaints and threats made by people who are not in any way involved with the event. We strongly feel that we have done nothing wrong to merit this harassment. However it is not worth our time and effort as well as putting our livelihoods in financial jeopardy to fight these people. Therefore we have opted to cancel the event.

As for August 14th… at no time have any complaints been made against the boaters, it will be a great day to go boating and we should not let these people ruin a great day on the water.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!
